New Products
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Used / Like-New Products
- Due to the nature of pre-owned items, all sales of Like-New products are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
- If you receive a damaged or non-functional item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
